Like meeting people. Sales is a business that deals with people a lot. You need to organize your team into a sales agency and you will also do selling, which is very much about meeting lots of people.

Like challenges. The challenge is balancing your time between managing your sales people and managing the total sales output of your team to achieve your sales target.

Fit our success profile. Based on our almost 40 years of experience, the most successful manager would be someone at least 35 years old and, moreover, is willing to focus on this new career path. Sales experience is just a plus factor.

Can form a sales agency. As an Agency Manager, you have to have at least two Unit Managers, with each unit composed of at least two very reliable Sales Counselors. Your Unit Managers should be willing to go full time in this business with you.

Have a “never say die” attitude. “Never say die” may sound ironic, considering we are in the memorial care business, but this is the attitude that has brought success to our current Agency Managers – during the best and worst years they’ve been through.

Are mission oriented. Not only are we here to earn money, we are also here to  tell people the many benefits of preparing for life’s inevitable…”way ahead of need.”
