The centerpiece of the elegantly landscaped park in Concepcion, Batangas City, is the beautiful statue of the Immaculate Conception, a masterpiece crafted by the artist Conrado F. Balubayan. Opened in August 2013 at Km. 97 J.P. Laurel National Hi-way, Barangay Concepcion, Batangas City, this location became the ninth memorial park of the Eternal Gardens.
